Stainless Steel 316L is known for its exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The construction features a Tig welded process, ensuring a clean and strong bond throughout the assembly. At our shop, we set the auger in place with an overhead hoist and meticulously worked to place all the pieces together using high-quality nuts, bolts, and weather seals to ensure a tight closure with no room for chili powder to fall through the cracks or become lodged in any crevices. We also designed a specialized auger that effectively moves chili powder through the conveyor system. This auger is notable for its impressive length of 26 feet and a diameter of 12 inches, allowing it to efficiently transport chili powder from ground level up to a height of 24 feet. It is made from food-grade materials, ensuring it is safe for handling food products.
